... the Prime minister of Japan has blamed the rebel group for a series of weekend bomb attacks in Shibuya and Shinagawa that killed 29 people, 4 of which were Government officials. At least two people were killed and 23 wounded by a car bomb in a residential district of Shinagawa on Sunday.

Government news reports said that a higher death toll was averted after security forces tipped off about an impending attack began clearing the area before the bomb was detonated. Two car bombs in the heart of Shibuya the previous day caused far greater devastation, with 34 deaths reported after attacks near CTRD headquarters.

Nero let out a scoff before turning the TV off. "What a pain..." he muttered to himself as he lifted his body from the sofa. Grabbing an empty mug from the coffee table, Nero quickly headed to the kitchen and placed the mug in the sink before going off towards the bedroom.

"You give them a heads up and still so many innocent people die... how irritating!" He said to himself as he began to get dressed , throwing on a pair of casual, loose jeans and a simple white tee. Then after picking some things out from his jewelry box, Nero threw on his belt and then gathered his wallet and keys. Swiftly, he made his way through the hallway of his apartment.

Slipping on his boots and leather jacket, it was only 10 minutes or so after he heard the news announcement that he was out the door. There was a few places he had to visit.
